Golden Apple Award
Wellness Role Model
The Golden Apple Award is given to an employee who has
made a positive change in their personal wellness. An employee might have
lost weight, started an exercise program, stopped smoking or some other
positive change that has affected their overall health.
A "Wellness Role Model" Award is also given to employees who
act as healthy role models in our district. These are the individuals who
motivate others to get involved and to be a Wellness Role Model.
If you would like to nominate a C.C.S.D. employee for the Golden Apple
Award or the "Wellness Role Model" Award, please let your building
Wellness Representative know. Award winners will receive a special pen.
