Sub-Finder will start April 1, 2005. The following is a reminder of what needs to take place prior to April 1st:

1. You must register once using the telephone.
2. Using a touch-tone phone, call SubFinder at 307-682-8923 Ext. 111.
3. Sub Finder will identify itself and ask you to enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number) followed by the # key. Enter your PIN using the touch pad of your telephone.
4. Please follow all of the prompts after you have entered your pin number.

Starting April 1, 2005 you will need to call in your sick days using the telephone or computer system. The following are some friendly reminders:

1. To start please use the system to call in all same day or night before sicknesses.
2. When using the computer system please note that the Web-Address has an "s" after http. Many have told us they can't bring up the web site and this may be one reason.
3. You will need your pin # for both the phone and web based systems when calling or logging in that you are sick. If you have forgotten or lost your card please contact Tammy Leegaard at 682-8923 ext. 285.
4. If you have scheduled time away from your building for April and May (staff development, coaching etc) you will not have to call in for those days. If you are unsure if your days are scheduled please contact your building secretary.
5. Remember if you leave special instructions via telephone it does not translate to typed messaging on the web program. However, the sub will receive a message on the phone and web page that does say special instructions were left.
