NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB:
Supervises and evaluates all elementary instructional programs.
Supervises and evaluates all elementary principals.
Assists in the development and coordination of professional development programs for all elementary instructional staff.
Reviews and recommends all elementary instructional program budgets.
Recommends staff additions or reductions to the Superintendent.
Coordinates in-district elementary transfers of staff members, both voluntary and involuntary, at the elementary level.
Assures through administrators and supervisors to have all elementary staff members evaluated annually.
Assists elementary principals with personnel problems or concerns when requested or when a need is evident.
Keeps current on Human Resources/Personnel state and federal laws and policies.
Assists in the efficient and effective operation of the Title II Grant.
Performs other duties as specified by the Associate Superintendent for Instruction, Superintendent of Schools or the Board of Trustees.

EDUCATION, LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, OR FORMAL TRAINING
Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
Proper certification issued by the State of Wyoming.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Trustees may find appropriate and acceptable.
Possess visual acuity and stamina to work at a computer monitor for 30% of the day.
Air conditioned building.
Occasional exposure to weather extremes.
