    NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB: 
    The purpose of the Club / Activity Advisor is to provide all students the opportunity to participate in the educational and occupational opportunities available and to follow the policies and regulations established by Campbell County School District. 

    JOB FUNCTIONS: 

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    Develops an organized group with an established leadership plan. (i.e. officers)
    Advises officers/leadership on monthly agendas and agenda items.
    Supervises all fund-raising activities.
    Keeps accurate records on budget expenditures.
    Assists students with any and all competitions.
    Actively recruits members.
    Prepares a detailed annual report highlighting the activity accomplishments, awards, participation levels and recommendations for improvement.
    Supports Campbell County School District and the respective school's activities philosophies.
    May be responsible for supervising students on out-of-town activities. This may involve staying overnight.
    Performs other duties or tasks related to the club/activity as requested by the building administrator.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND MENTAL ABILITY:
    Knowledge of CPR and First Aid.
    Have a fundamental knowledge of the club or activity.
    Possess group dynamics and interpersonal skills.
    EDUCATION, LICENSE, CERTIFICATION OR FORMAL TRAINING
    Possess all certificates required for the State of Wyoming.

         Computer
         Copier
         Telephone
         VCR and related equipment
    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
    Be able to stand, walk, and sit for long periods without fatigue or discomfort.
    Be able to lift up to 30 pounds and move it 25 feet.
    Be able to push up to 200 pounds up to 30 feet.
    Be able to pull up to 100 pounds up to 50 feet.
    Be able to carry up to 25 pounds up to 100 feet.
    Be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, handle, finger, talk, hear, and see.
    ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
    Some employees may be occupationally exposed to bloodborne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials based on task and procedures required.
    Ability to adjust to a variety of temperature changes both indoors and outdoors.
    Be able to tolerate noise up to 90 decibels.
