JOB DESCRIPTOR: SCHEDULE
DATE: July 1, 1994
NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB:
The purpose of the Annual Director is to organize and supervise the production of a student yearbook and to follow the policies and procedures of Campbell County School District.
Follow approved curriculum
Organize a student yearbook staff.
Advise and instruct yearbook staff on all phases of the project.
Establish timely deadlines for project completion.
Approve layouts before shipping.
Establish and supervise budget for the project.
Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding the progress and development of the yearbook.
Prepare a detailed annual report highlighting the activity accomplishments, participation levels and recommendations for improvement of the activity.
Ensure the distribution to students, staff and patrons of the particular school.
May be responsible for supervising students on out-of-town activities. This may involve staying overnight.
Perform other duties or tasks related to the yearbook as requested by the Building Principal.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND MENTAL ABILITY:
Knowledge of CPR and First Aid.
Ability to delegate a variety of tasks for a number of projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to define expectations for yearbook staff and assign positions on the staff.
Willingness to work with any student who chooses this activity.
EDUCATION, LICENSE, CERTIFICATION OR FORMAL TRAINING
Possess all certificates required for the State of Wyoming.
Must be a certified or classified staff member of Campbell County School District.
Word Processing Programs
Be able to stand, walk, and sit for long periods without fatigue or discomfort.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Be able to push up to 200 pounds up to 30 feet.
Be able to pull up to 100 pounds up to 50 feet.
Be able to carry up to 25 pound sup to 100 feet.
Be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, handle, finger, talk, hear, and see.
Be able to spend most of the time inside classrooms with some work outside in cold/hot weather.
Be able to tolerate noise up to 90 decibels.
Some employees may be occupationally exposed to bloodborne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials based on task and procedures required.
