Athletic Fees
High School Participation
- $25 per activity for students. Activities include sports, drama, FBLA, speech and debate and band.
- $7 per activity for students who qualify for reduced-price meals.
- No charge for those who qualify for free meals.
Junior High Participation
- $20 per activity for students.
- $5 per activity for students who qualify for reduced-price meals.
- No charge for students who qualify for free meals.
*Other activity costs could include activity attire, athletic physicals and pictures.
Activity Admissions
High School Events
- Free to high school students with ID, military and school district employees with a staff pass.
- $1 for senior citizens and non-high school students.
- $2 for adults.
- Wright does not charge for events and off-sets admissions with corporate sponsor donations.
Admission prices differ to post-season ticketed events, which are charged by the state athletics association.
Year Passes
- $25 for students and senior citizens.
- $45 for adults.
- $30 for a participant's parent.
Junior High Events
- Free for junior high students and military.
- $1 for non-junior high students and senior citizens.
- $2 for adults.
District Events
- Dinner theaters cost $20 for adults, senior citizens and students, with a meal included.
- Musicals and plays cost $3 for senior citizens and students and $5 for adults.
Academic Fees
High School
Driver Education: $150
Students can also expect some cost for classroom supplies, outdoor education activities, a yearbook and school pictures.
Junior High and Elementary
Families can expect some expenses related to classroom supplies, a memory book and soprano recorders in music class, as well as school pictures and additional supplies for students in the Gifted and Talented Education program.
District
- A $5 fee is charged for a student planner replacement.
- A $1 fee is charged for a Student ID replacement.
- A throat culture swab costs $3.
The district also rents out school-owned band and orchestra instruments.
Cost is:
- $100 for a student's first instrument, which includes a book and cleaning kit.
- $75 for a student's second instrument, kit and book included.
- $25 for a student who qualifies for reduced-price meals first instrument.
- $15 for a student who qualifies for reduced-price meals second instrument.
- No charge for students who qualify for free lunches.
If a student owns their instrument, they can buy a cleaning kit and book for $25 or $6 for those who qualify for reduced-price lunches. The kit and book is no cost for students receiving free meals.

Free and Reduced Price Program
Students who qualify not only receive discounts on healthy meals, they'll also receive discounts on sport and activity fees, music instrument rentals, testing fees like the ACT or SAT and access to the GearUP Wyoming program for students in grades 7-12, which helps students prepare for college.

Note: Fees aren't automatically reduced or waived based on meal status. Families must complete the "Permission to Share" form to receive those benefits, which can be found by clicking More Information below.
