II.   CHAIRMAN LISA DURGIN

A.  Budget Hearings

  • Chairman Durgin will recess the regular board meeting to hold the following:

    • Board of Cooperative Higher Education Services meeting and budget hearing

    • Campbell County Community Public Recreation District meeting and budget hearing

    • Campbell County School District budget hearing

  • Proposed budgets will be reviewed, and public comment will be requested. Following completion of the budget hearings, the regular board meeting will reconvene.

H.  Policies and Regulations - Administration requests approval of the following revisions. 

I.   Resolution to Conduct Business

  • Administration requests adoption of a resolution to conduct business between the board meetings of July 16, 2025, and August 26, 2025.

J.  Grants

  • Administration requests approval for Grant Request and Agreement 2025-2026 with the Board of Cooperative Higher Education Services (BOCHES) for Career Technical Education (CTE) at the secondary schools.
  • Administration requests approval to apply for the 2025-2026 Cutting Edge Grant with the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) for Career Technical Education (CTE).

K.  Sheridan County School District #3 Bus Route

  • Administration requests approval for Sheridan County School District #3 to extend bus routes into Campbell County to pick up students.

IV.   DEPUTY SUPERINTENDENT - MR. KIRBY EISENHAUER

A.   Policies and Administrative Regulations

  • Mr. Eisenhauer will request approval of  Policy 4341 Personnel Authorized to Carry Concealed Firearms;  Administrative Regulation 4341-R Section 1 Firearm, Holster, Concealed Biometric Container, or Lockbox Requirements for Concealed Carry; Administrative Regulation 4341-R Section 2 Training Requirements; and Administrative Regulation 4341-R Section 3 Ammunition Requirements.

B.  Steamboat Legacy Scholarship Act Update

  • Mr. Eisenhauer will provide an update on the Steamboat Legacy Scholarship Act enacted by the Legislature during the 2025 Session.  

V.   ASSOCIATE SUPERINTENDENT OF INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT - MR. DAVE BARTLETT

A.  Facility Update

  • Mr. Bartlett will provide a facility update. 

B.  Surplus Property 

  • Mr. Bartlett will provide an update from the public hearing on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, and request that the Board approve the disposition process for three properties, which include the old Hillcrest Elementary School (800 Butler Spaeth), the old Aquatic Center (800 East Warlow Drive), and the Fox Park parcel (located on Darrell Street).

C.  Legislative Update

  • Mr. Bartlett will provide a legislative update.
