  • Wagonwheel Elementary will be celebrating its recent Distinguished Schools Award by showcasing a video and having staff at the board celebration meeting. Mrs. Wise and Mrs. Newman will have a small group of students kick off the celebration by singing "We Are Wyoming."

F.  Grants - Administration requests to apply for the following FY 26 grants:

  • Consolidated: Title I-A, Title I-D, School Improvement 1003a, Title II A (including class size reduction teacher), Title III, Title IV-A, Perkins, Perkins Professional Development, Perkins Industry Recognized Reimbursement, McKinney Vento,  IDEA VI-B 611 & 619, Fresh Fruit & Vegetable and BOCHES.

G.  Student Expulsions

  • Administration requests that Students #34, #35, #36, and #37 be expelled for one calendar year, with early re-admittance under strict probation.

H.  Resolution to Conduct Business 

  • Administration requests adoption of a resolution to conduct business between the board meetings of March 11, 2025, and April 8, 2025.

I.  Cancellation of Warrants - Administration requests cancellation of unpaid warrants in conformity with State Statute 21-13-102.

J.  Surplus Request

  • Administration requests surplus of items.

K.  Letter of Intent

  • Administration requests approval of proposed design services for Campbell County High School with Plan One/Architects.

IV.    DEPUTY SUPERINTENDENT MR. KIRBY EISENHAUER

A.  Alternative Calendars

  • Mr. Eisenhauer will present the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 alternative calendars for Wright Junior-Senior High School, Cottonwood Elementary, 4-J Elementary, Little Powder, and Recluse Elementary and the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 alternative calendars for Westwood High School and ask for approval. 

V.  ASSOCIATE SUPERINTENDENT OF INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT MR. DAVE BARTLETT

A.   Legislative Update

  • Mr. Bartlett will provide a legislative update.

B.  Facility Update

  • Mr. Bartlett will provide a facility update. 

C.  School Year 2025-2026 Capital Projects List

  • Mr. Bartlett will review the proposed 2025-2026 capital projects list and request approval.
