A.   Celebrations

  • Julie Parker, a Campbell County School District bus driver from Wright, will be recognized for her heroic efforts in performing CPR on a community member. 
  • Cottonwood Elementary Principal Derek Barnhurst will introduce Mrs. Taylor, who will showcase Behavioral Leadership. 
  • Wright Junior-Senior High School will celebrate the 2025 Spring Track State Champions.

B.  Wright Parent Advisory Board (WPAB) Report

  • The WPAB Chair, Melissa Wrigley, will report on activities and plans. Other members of the Board are Paula Strohschein, Natasha Eisenbraun, Jaimie Schaffert, and Katie Pearson.

F.  Meeting Cancellations - Administration recommends the cancellation of the November 25, December 23, 2025, and March 24, 2026, regular board meetings.

G.  Student Expulsions

  • Administration requests that Students #6 - #13 be expelled for one calendar year, with early re-admittance under strict probation. 
  • Administration requests that Student #14 be expelled for one calendar year. 

H.  Request to Surplus Items

  • Administration requests approval to surplus Transportation Department - Buses and Girls Soccer Uniforms.  

Grants

  • Administration requests permission to apply for a federal Department of Homeland Security SHSP grant from the WY Department of Homeland Security to install updated access control at secondary schools.
