• Rawhide Elementary Principal Cliff Toole will introduce 6th-grade student, Braylynn Hitt, winner of the logo drawing contest for the Campbell County 250th Semiquincentennial Celebration. 

• Paintbrush Elementary Music Teacher Estela Guernsey and a small section of her choir will showcase a musical performance.

• Paintbrush Elementary School Principal Jenni Gilson will share the academic report for Paintbrush Elementary School. 

• Prairie Wind Elementary Principal Rory Williams will share the academic report for Prairie Wind Elementary.

• Administration requests approval of minutes for the December 9, 2025, regular board meeting.

B.  Human Resources Actions -  Approval requested for actions taken by the Human Resources Department based on supervisors' recommendations.

C.  Warrants  - Administration requests ratification of warrants released between the board meetings of December 9, 2025, and January 13, 2026, per the resolution to conduct business adopted December 9, 2025. Administration recommends approval of the current warrants as provided. 

D.  Ratification of Bids and Quotes - Administration requests ratification of the following bids and quotes according to the resolution to conduct business adopted December 9, 2025.

F.   Contracts and Agreements - Administration requests approval of the following contracts and agreements:

H.  Campbell County High School Replacement Project Demolition

• Administration requests approval pursuant to WS 21-15-123 f(vi) for the demolition of buildings as part of the Campbell County High School Replacement Project. 

I.   Student Expulsions 

• Administration requests approval for students #19 and #20 to be expelled for one calendar year, with early re-admittance under strict probation. 

J.  Grant - Administration requests approval to apply for the Wyoming Education Trust Fund Grant.

K.  Mileage Reimbursement Rate

• Administration requests approval of the new mileage reimbursement rate in accordance with Administrative Regulation 4260-R, Mileage Reimbursement, which aligns with Internal Revenue Service guidelines.

L.  Policies and Administrative Regulations - Administration requests approval of review and revisions to the following policies:
