A. Celebration - Lakeview Elementary Principal Dale Petersen will introduce the “Girls on the Run” sponsors and students.

B. Academic Reports

• Lakeview Elementary School Principal Dale Petersen will provide an academic report for Lakeview Elementary School. 

• Westwood High School Principal Kelly Morehead will provide an academic report for Westwood High School. 

• Sage Valley Junior High School Principal Adam Miller will provide an academic report for Sage Valley Junior High School.

H.  Summer Meeting Schedules - Administration recommends approval of the summer board meeting schedule.

I.  Student Expulsions

• Administration requests that Student #44 be expelled for one calendar year.

• Administration requests that Student #45 through Student #48 be expelled for one calendar year with early re-admittance under strict probation.

J.  Alternative Calendars

• Administration requests approval of the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 Alternative Calendars for Wright Junior/Senior High School, Cottonwood Elementary School, 4-J School, and Recluse School. 

• Administration requests approval of the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 Alternative Calendars for Westwood High School.

K. Policies 

• Administration requests approval of major revisions to Policy 4220 District Medical Leave and Administrative Regulation 4220-R District Medical Leave. 

• Administration requests approval of revisions to Policy 4245 Educational Support Personnel-Holidays and review of Administrative Regulation 4245-R Educational Support Personnel-Holidays. 

• Administration requests approval of revisions to Policy 4255 Insurance Policies.

• Administration requests approval of revisions to Policy 4256 Insurance Delinquent Accounts.

• Certified and educational support personnel representatives from the Staff Communicators Assembly will present their recommendations regarding staff salary and benefits for the 2023-2024 school year.
