II.  CHAIRMAN ANNE OCHS

A.   Celebration - Paintbrush Elementary School  Principal Jenni Gilson will introduce STEM Teacher Jami Howe and her students,  who will present their Hydroponics project. 

B. Academic Report - Paintbrush Elementary School Principal Jenni Gilson will provide an academic report for Paintbrush Elementary School.

C. Facilitator Report - K-12 World Language Facilitator Beth Faubion will provide a curriculum update.

B.  Human Resource Actions - Approval is requested of actions taken by the Human Resource Department based on recommendations made by supervisors.

C.  Approval of Warrants  - Administration requests ratification of warrants released between the board meetings of December 13, 2022, and January 10, 2023, per the Resolution to Conduct Business adopted December 13, 2022. Administration recommends approval of current warrants as provided.

D.  Ratification of Bids and Quotes - Administration requests ratification of the following bids and quotes according to the resolution to conduct business adopted on December 13, 2022:

  2. New Office Chairs

E.  Approval of Bids and Quotes - Administration recommends approval of the following bids and quotes:

  1. PowerSchool Performance Matters Onsite Training
  2. Conestoga Elementary, Cottonwood Elementary, and Pronghorn Elementary Door Closers
  3. Lakeway Learning Center Boiler Replacement Design Services
  4. Prairie Wind Elementary Intercom System

F. Approval of Contracts and Agreements - Administration recommends approval of the following contracts and agreements:

  1. Campbell County School District Secondary Vocal Gala with CAM-PLEX

G.  Policies - Administration requests approval of review with no changes to Policy 5113 Student Attendance and minor revision to Administrative Regulation 5113-R Student Attendance.

  Administration requests approval of revisions to Policy 4340 Drug and Alcohol Testing and Administrative Regulation 4340-R Drug and Alcohol Testing.

H.  Student Expulsions - Administration requests Students 23, 24, 25, Student 26, 27, 28, and 29 be expelled for one calendar year with early re-admittance under strict probation. 

I. Mileage Reimbursement Rate - Administration requests approval of the new mileage reimbursement rate in accordance with Administrative Regulation 4260-R, Mileage Reimbursement, which aligns with Internal Revenue Service guidelines.

IV.  SUPERINTENDENT DR. ALEX AYERS

A.  BOCHES Agreement - Dr. Ayers will provide information and ask for approval of the BOCHES agreement between Campbell County School District and the Gillette Community College District.
