III. CONSENT AGENDA - Any member of the board may request an item be removed from the consent agenda for discussion.           

A.  Minutes

• Approval is requested of minutes of the regular board meeting held on October 10, 2023. 

• Approval is requested of minutes of the executive session held on October 16, 2023, which were previously provided to the Board for review.

B.  Human Resource Actions - Approval is requested of actions taken by the Human Resource Department based on recommendations made by supervisors.

E.  Approval of Contracts and Agreements - Administration recommends approval of the following contracts and agreements:

1. Memorandum of Understanding with The Counseling Center
2. Special Education Residential Services Agreement In-State Placement with Northeast Wyoming Board of Cooperative Educational Services (N.E.W. BOCES)
3. Mallo Camp Agreement 2024
4. Twin Spruce Junior High Student Portrait Agreement 2024 with Lifetouch

F.  Student Expulsions - Administration recommends Students #8, #9, #10, #11, #12, #13, #14, and #15 be expelled for one calendar year with early re-,admittance under strict probation.

G.  School Improvement Plans - Administration requests approval of the District's School Improvement Plans for the 2023-2024 School Year.

H.  Grant - Administration requests approval to apply for the Wyoming Department of Education Child Nutrition Programs Equipment Assistance Grant.

IV.  SUPERINTENDENT - DR. ALEX AYERS

A.  Nutrition Services Student Meal Price

• Nutrition Services Director Bryan Young will provide information on potential increases to future meal prices for the next school year.
