A.  Celebration

• Wright Junior-Senior High School Principal Lonnie Robertson will introduce staff member Arrow Langston and her students, who will showcase their school cafe. 

B.   Wright Parent Advisory Board (WPAB) Report 

• The WPAB Chair, Melissa Wrigley, will report on activities and plans. Other members of the Board are Paula Strohschein, Natasha Eisenbraun, Jaimie Schaffert, and Katie Pearson.

C.  Academic Reports

• Wright Jr/Sr High School Principal Lonnie Robertson will share the academic report for Wright Jr/Sr High School.

• Cottonwood Elementary Principal Derek Barnhurst will share the academic report for Cottonwood Elementary.

III.  CONSENT AGENDA  - Any member of the Board may request an item be removed from the consent agenda for discussion.

• Administration requests approval of minutes for the September 24, 2024, regular board meeting.

• Administration requests approval of minutes for the September 24, 2024, special board meeting dinner. 

B.  Human Resource Actions - Approval is requested of actions taken by the Human Resource Department based on recommendations made by supervisors.

D.  Approval of Bids and Quotes - Administration requests approval of the following bids and quotes:

E.  Approval of Contracts and Agreements - Administration recommends approval of the following contracts and agreements:

1. Little Powder K-8 (New) Construction Materials Testing & Inspection Services Contract with Inberg-Miller Engineers
2. Meadowlark Elementary Gym Lighting Replacement with ACE (Associated Construction Engineering) Inc.
3. Rozet Elementary Gym Lighting Replacement-Phase II with ACE (Associated Construction Engineering) Inc.
4. Wagonwheel Elementary Roof Replacement Project Professional Services with PMCH (Porter, Muirhead, Cornia & Howard)

F.  Meeting Cancellations - Administration recommends the cancellation of the November 26 and December 24, 2024, and the March 25, 2025, regular board meetings.

G.  Administrative Regulation - Administration requests approval of the following regulation:

• Minor Revision to Administrative Regulation 3320-R Purchasing.

H.  Student Expulsions 

• Administration requests Students #7, #8, #9, and #10 be expelled for one calendar year, with early re-admittance under strict probation. 

I.  Grant

• Administration requests approval for Lakeview Elementary to apply for the Rural Technology Education Grant.
