A.    Budget Hearings-6:00 PM

Chairman Ochs will recess the regular board meeting to hold budget hearings for the following: Board of Cooperative Higher Education Services, Campbell County Community Public Recreation District, and Campbell County School District. Proposed budgets will be reviewed and public input will be requested. Following public input, the regular board meeting will reconvene.

H.    Resolution to Conduct Business

Administration requests adoption of a resolution to conduct business between the board meetings of July 20, 2022 and August 23, 2022.

 

 

 

 

I.      Textbook Adoption

Administration recommends adoption of textbooks as detailed in the attachment.

 

 

 

 

J.     Mileage Reimbursement Rate

Administration requests approval of the new mileage reimbursement rate in accordance with Administrative Regulation 4260-R, Mileage Reimbursement, which aligns with Internal Revenue Service guidelines.

 

 

 

 

K.    Grants

Administration requests approval to accept funding from the NEW Community Health Foundation:

·         VIP (Vaccine for Influenza Prevention) Project

 

Administration requests approval to apply for the Albertsons  Nourishing Neighbors Breakfast for Kids grant.

 

 

 

 

L.    Waiver of Conflict of Interest

Administration recommends acknowledgment and waiver of conflict of interest for Alison Gee, attorney representing Campbell County School District and member of the Board of Trustees for Gillette Community College District, as it pertains to BOCHES matters. 

 

 

 

 

M.   Surplus Request

Administration requests surplus and recycle of obsolete and outdated items.

A.    Board of Cooperative Higher Education

Services (BOCHES) Update

Administration recommends the acceptance of the notice received from Johnson County School District 1, Sheridan County School District 1, and the Northern Wyoming Community College District notifying Campbell County School District that they will withdraw from the Board of Cooperative Higher Education Services effective July 1, 2023.
