Free and Reduced Price Program
On this page, you'll find forms for those interested in applying for the free and reduced program, which gives discounts on school meals, instrument rentals, activity fees and more to any student that qualifies.
The forms describe how to apply for the benefits, who is eligible as well as a waiver that allows your student's free or reduced status to be shared with school programs that require a fee to qualify your student for more discounts.

Fill out a Paper Application
If filling out the online application does not work for you, you may pick one up at any CCSD school location; Educational Services Center; or download the application form in the right-hand column. You only need to complete one application per family.
Every family who wishes to apply must submit a new application each school year. Return the completed application to: Campbell County School District’s Finance office, P.O. Box 3033, Gillette, WY 82717, or any child’s school.
