Back-to-School Hub

Students in CCSD are required to enroll at their neighborhood school, although families may later request to change schools through an attendance area change request. Please call or drop by the school to register your student.

To find your student's neighborhood school, use the link below to navigate an interactive map. You can type your address into the search icon on the page to find which school your student will attend.

To access your school's website, you can find it by clicking on the Our Schools tab at the top of this page or by visiting the All Schools webpage.

If your student is:

• Changing schools. 
• Moving from elementary to junior high or junior high to high school. 
• Changing their pick-up or drop-off area from last year. 
• New to Campbell County School District.

Please contact the Transportation Office at 307-682-4179 by August 1 so drivers have accurate information, as they work to pick up and drop off your student each school day.

If your student is assigned to a CCSD bus, there is access to the Here Comes the Bus app. It allows parents to view the real-time location of their child's bus, along with receiving notifications when a bus arrives and leaves from a bus stop.

Each year, families are asked to complete back-to-school paperwork in PowerSchool. 

To update, log in and click on Online Registration in the left menu bar of your screen. For each student, click on the Student Registration link and update information.

By updating the required sections, you ensure we're able to contact you quickly during an emergency or anytime we need to update you with information about your student.

How to Update Contacts:

The Contacts section collects the information for ALL student contacts -- parents/guardians and emergency contacts. Please be sure that all parents/guardians, step-parents and other in-home family contacts you need listed are included in the Contacts section along with the emergency contacts.

You will be able to prioritize these contacts in the order you would like them to be contacted in case of emergency in the “Priority” section. 

To find your student's school menu and nutrition analysis guide, visit the Nutrition Services webpage. The guides and menus are updated each month with student meal information.

Applications for free and reduced-price meals must be completed each school year. Families can complete the online application through their PaySchools Central account or fill out the application on CCSD's Free and Reduced-Price Program webpage. 

Along with discounts on school meals, the program also provides price cuts on instrument rentals, activity fees and more to any student who qualifies.

PaySchools Central offers a one-stop shop for managing lunch accounts, completing Free & Reduced-Price Lunch applications, and paying school fees. Parents and guardians can access it online or through the mobile app.
