Financial Resources for Mental Health

Here are some financial resources offered locally and through CCSD that may be helpful for those needing mental health services.

Magellan

Individual and family counseling services are available to all employees and dependents at no charge for the first three visits through Magellan Employee Assistance Program. Visits are confidential.

For more information, please contact Magellan at 1-800-523-5668.

More Information

Revive

This program is available for employees enrolled in district health insurance, their spouses and dependent children. It allows 12 free virtual mental health sessions to members.

If you're having trouble registering, call 1-888-220-6650.

How to Register

Care Solace

CCSD has joined Care Solace, a program offered through the Wyoming Department of Education that supports district employees and staff by helping them connect to mental health and substance use providers based on their specifications. Students and staff can connect anonymously to providers through the free service.

To self-refer, call 1-888-515-0595 or visit www.caresolace.com/ccsd1.

More Information

Care Solace is not a mental health services provider. For life threatening emergencies, call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.

HOPE Source

The New Community Health Foundation launched a program in March to support barriers to mental health. The program provides up to $1,500 for a patient's mental health services, via an application process. A person/student who would like to receive help through HOPE Source should first establish care with a licensed provider in the community and then that provider can apply on their behalf. There is not an endless amount of money but a committee will review applications and approve based on need.

We've been told that need may not just be low income and other factors are also considered, such as high-deductible insurance, etc. The $1,500 will be given directly to the provider to be used for that individual's care.
