Participants should fast for 10-12 hours prior to their blood draw. Be sure to drink plenty of water, while fasting.

Registration
Registration opens at 9 a.m. Feb. 2 and closes at noon the day before each screening.Online registration is required.
- Step 1: Log on to: www.cchwyo.org/ccsd
- Step 2: Click “Make an Appointment Button”
- Step 3: First-time users, click “Create an Account”
- Step 4: Use company code: CCS2026
- Step 5: Follow the instructions on the screen to select a date
- Step 6: If you are registering yourself and a spouse, a separate account with a separate email MUST be created for each participant. Start with "Create an Account" again.
