3450 Insufficient Fund Checks Received

  • Any returned check deposited into a Campbell County School District checking account due to Insufficient Funds (IFC) will be sent from the bank to the District's designated collection agency, unless otherwise withdrawn by the Superintendent or his/her designee for just cause.

    If the collection agency is unable to collect, the insufficient funds check will be turned over to the District's designated credit bureau for further legal action.
