If filling out the online application does not work for you, one may pick one up at any CCSD school location; Educational Services Center; or download one here (english version) (spanish version).  You only need to complete one application per family.  Every family who wishes to apply must submit a new application each school year.  Return the completed application to: Campbell County School District’s Finance office, P.O. Box 3033, Gillette, WY 82717, or any child’s school.
